How you can use meditation to help you sleep better

There are two key ways to make sure you get a good nights sleep; length of sleep, and quality of sleep. While length of sleep is a relatively easy one to crack by making sure you get to sleep for a certain time before your alarm goes off when possible, quality of sleep can be a slightly harder one to crack.
